  This is an update.The dealer kept it's word and reimbursed me the money that i spent on a new key fob 450.00. I can't lie I didnt think that they would keep their word but they did. I realize that you cannot please everyone so you would always see a few negative reviews .overall this dealer was professional and i would do business with them again.

  Absolutely unprofessional and deceptive. They give you wrong information over the phone and call you at the showroom to later tell you that there is noone who will attend you. Thats really disappointing and disrespectful and a precious time waste.

  All nice people inside, doing the best they can. Otherwise, about what you expect from the service department of a car dealership.

  This place is a rip off if you are trading your vehicle in for another vehicle don't let them do your finance thru a bank they say. They do not put the full amount on the vehicle that have a deal with the finance company they use. Then they don't explain all the features of the car or have it ready in a timely fashion you are waiting around for the manager to come from the gym or want to come in on his "day off". Go elsewhere

  The dealership was alright; I enjoy cars so looking at them were nice. The Buick side was much nicer than the Cadillac side.
