  Jaguar is a good car brand. But the sales over there don't give you 100% correct information, so do your research before you go. the atmosphere is not welcoming as you walking in there. And parking is hard. Test drive was fun. The financial service is professional.

  Used Great neck Jaguar for the first time today, What a mistake !!! I don’t know about Sales but do yourself a favor stay away from the Service Dept. it is poorly run and very unprofessional !!!! You would figure being a Jaguar dealer they would be very professional and courteous but that’s far from this case.,Don’t get me wrong Even though I had a bad experience at this dealership I would definitely buy another Jaguar. But do yourself a favor stay away from this dealership.

  They took care of me and performed everything I requested concern about. They are very busy but they were able to give me a loaner and I had my F-Pace the next day. Loved the service.
