Excellent customer service! I went in to pick up a scarf that the sales associate had placed on hold for me. Not only was she super helpful but I ended up purchasing the more expensive one due to her helping me come up with ideas on how to wear it. Fantastic return policy! Great willingness to help and go beyond expectations. Thank you, Nordstrom, at Southpark I will be returning!

The Nordstrom Cafe has really good food and is a very nice casual place for a quiet lunch while shopping or just looking around

I usually have a great experience at this Nordstrom location but today at the NARS counter was definitely...off. I wanted to get matched for a new foundation- the woman helping me said if I didn’t remove my hat she wouldn’t be able to match me to her best ability because of the shadow and it hasn’t worked out well be. I totally understood that. Super bad hair day under my hat so I didn’t really want to remove it. Typically when I get matched they just use my cheeks so I figured she could work something out. She offered to send me home with samples and to try and I could just come back. I was okay with that. She didn’t even attempt to match me at all or try anything on my cheek, or chest (I was wearing a v-neck.) She just eyeballed the bottles. As she pumped in the first color I said, “That’s wayyyy darker than my foundation I have now.” She said, “Yeah, I won’t be able to really see with the shadow of your hat..” & proceeds to provide me with 3 shades to sample that are basically contour shades for me. With looking at my cheeks and neck/collar bone- she honestly could have given a better effort. As a makeup professional you should be aware of other ways to help someone match their foundation shade and be more helpful. It was a very disappointing experience.
