  Dillard's at south park has the best selection of dresses in all of charlotte. If you cant find a dress here you have a real problem. Women's and juniors departments as well as designer. Always a sale going on.

  Nell the the shoe department manager was extremely rude. I bought a pair of Steve Madden sneakers that ended up being extremely uncomfortable. Within 3 days I decided to exchange them for something that would give me more support ( I have knee problems). While attempting to exchange them I had an associate constantly watching my every move. He even pulled the shoes out my bag to make sure they had the proof of purchase sticker BEFORE I told him that I had an exchange. I was confused to why he would dig his hand in my bag without my permission. At that point I was uncomfortable and decided to get a store credit. Customer service told me that the shoes could be returned even if worn just ask for Nell. As soon as I told Nell the situation she replied, “I doubt they’re that uncomfortable”. She continued to say comments about how they couldn’t be that uncomfortable while doing my gift card. I’m shocked that an employee would even talk to a customer like this. I will never shop there again.

  Ms. Nell the shoes manager is AMAZING!!! Very ling story short I had a pair of shoes that were a gift but I didn't know they were non-refundable. Nell recognizing it was a losing situation for me gave me a credit, so that I would be a HAPPY customer in which I was. She was so pleasant and understanding that I had to let EVERYONE know about Ms. Nell the manager. After all of that I just asked some questions about flats as I was back at square one and she found the perfect Steve Madden Rose Gold metallic shoes (a most have) for me. Thank you so much Nell for your AWESOME customer service and great hug. I will definitely be back to see you. Anyone else going to Dillards at Southpark shoe department make sure to see Nell!!!!
