Food was pretty good, but what made it worth it was the server. Passionate Italian guy who was a good server and was proud of the food and the history of the food. It's so cool getting a glimpse into their Italian-american family dream. Oh also really good bread.

The food was amazing! Our waiter was a jerk & his tip reflected such. I appreciate the restaurants' attention to my gluten free needs. Desert was awesome! I had The crém brulee :^)

The food here was great, and the staff was very nice. It it's warm out, take an outdoor seat. Loved my lunch here!

Went for our anniversary. Placed a reservation via Open Table and placed and noted that we were attending for our anniversary, don't bother, they never acknowledge it. In fact they told us we had to wait 30-40 for our reservation... So what's the point of reserving!? The food was very good but plan on waiting for everything. Took about fifteen minutes just to order a bottle of wine, which was uncalled for a not so busy Wednesday night, then took over thirty minutes to be served between our appatizers and main course, it doesn't take thirty to forty minutes to make pasta and a salad. The reason I mention the exact time is because it took so long we actually took notice to the time. Mind you, the tables next to us we're served faster. Also, if you plan on having a salad, you better not have an appetite, you'll only get about five or six bites, smallest salad EVER! The desserts we're great! But they definitely can improve on their service. My wife and I will be going elsewhere next time for dinner, which is unfortunate given its recent review on San Diego Insider.
