  Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve either dealt directly with or met a number of their staff. They are honest, professional, and down to earth. There is no pressure to buy and purchasing is a straight forward and a pleasant experience. They don’t play games with numbers or your head. Their only trickery is to create a return customer out of you. The service department, particularly Service Adviser John, could not be more personable, knowledgeable, or conscientious. He treats you like you drive a Rolls, and the mechanics are the best. Steven Vazquez, now in charge of used vehicles, sold me my first new car and earned my respect for his honesty and integrity. Jonathan Morales assisted me in my most recent purchase of a new car and did a fantastic job. Kudos to management. Quality does not come easily.

  Excellent service!! Came in Misael attended me. He was not pushy but rather informative. Came back the next to pick up my new car!! The warranty offered was great and did I mention free oil changes? Many other perks too. High recommended and ask for Misael. He will not disappoint!

  I almost purchased a vehicle at another dealership until they saddled me with hidden fees totaling several grand. I found an almost identical car at Nissan city, and drove down from CT. Despite it being close to closing, They welcomed me, took me for a test drive, and when I asked what all their hidden fees were, there were none. All they had were taxes/plates and a $75 doc fee. I needed to pick the car up on a Sunday, so I signed papers Saturday, got a ride back Sunday, and my salesman was outside waiting for me (on his day off no less) to hand me the keys and get me on the road. An honest, easy transaction. For the price of what I would have paid at the other dealer with all of their fees, I got the identical car with 1000 less miles, with a full warranty.

  Misael is so nice and willing to help you out in any way he possibly can. In less than a week, I ended up with the SUV I had been searching for and I'm in love with it! He made my first time buyer experience super comfortable and easy. I was at work the majority of the time we were speaking about the car, but he made sure that he kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. He walked me through the steps and made sure I understood everything fully. Not once did I feel pressured or have an uneasy feeling about my experience with Misael at Nissan City. He was caring enough to check in and see how I was enjoying the car days later, which was really nice. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to have an awesome car buying experience!

  Debbie is the best saleswoman at Nissan City of Portchester. She takes her time, she is honest, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I am approaching the last couple of months until my lease is up, and Debbie already made it her point to call me over a month and a half ago to see if and what I am interested in. Bottom line Debbie will not let you down. She will go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible. You won’t be disappointed and you will leave the dealership in the car of your dreams :) I wish I could give her 10 stars and ; thumbs up!!!
