::My husband I used to be regulars at the restaurant. My husband does not eat pork and the last 3 times there has been problems with our pizza. The most recent and current time we called ahead and ordered a deep dish Chicago style pizza. The pizza was wrong and contained pork. We spoke with management and they informed us they repeated the order twice on the phone. I informed them my husband had not ate pork in 30 years so why would he order pork. The worst part of the story is that it was my husband's birthday and he wanted a pizza for lunch!! Poor, poor customer service!! We WILL NEVER GO BACK!! We only ate 2 slices of the pizza and left the rest. We were not even apologized to or offered to fix the problem. The pizza is NOT worth the poor customer service!!

::Amazing Chicago style pizza, good bar, friendly staff... The pizza sometimes needs a bit of a wait to get out, but that's because it's really thick and heavy. Seriously, I could only put away a slice and a half... There's so many toppings it's unreal.

::The pizza on the whole isn't great. The crust is about the only good part. The employees are distracted and unhelpful. I was at the pick up counter and the guy was standing there staring absently at the wall for several minutes before asking what I wanted. I said that I was there to pick up an order, and the guy looked everywhere it wasn't, when it was clearly behind him.

::I love this place. Great service. Except the server made fun of my pizza slice choice?? 🍕 Why would they have black olives if they aren't appreciated?? (Hahaha just joking around! Super friendly staff that loves to give me the business!)
