  I made an appt for Saturday the 2nd with Jimmy when I spoke to him I told him to also make an appt for the same time with Jen for my daughters eyebrows he said no problem, as Jimmy is doing my nails he stated ur daughter is here for her eyebrows right and I stated yes but as he is finishing up my nails he tells me it's a wait for the eyebrows I've been sent to Jimmy why if I made an appointment with you for both nails and eyebrows for 9:45 AM he looked at me and said you would have to ask her. I went to Jen to ask why I have to now wait she said I'm all booked up but I then stated but my Daughter had an appt with u same time as me she looked in the book and said I wasn't in for eyebrows I look around for Jimmy and he was gone he didn't even have the balls to admit he messed up and I couldn't wait or come back I was extremely frustrated. I am so happy I found another place and she was happy how they turned out so I won't be going to nick and vans anymore!!!!
