  The owner destroyed my eyebrows then laughed about it. She also held my belongings hostage until I paid her which I was going to do anyway but she did it preemptively. A prior experience I had was with one of her nail techs, they cant speak English so she repeatedly did ehat i asked her not to fo do. Never go to this nail hell.

  I have natural, long, hard nails and I had asked for a little of my length to be cut off. My nails were cut down to the skin. I was so upset. Never going there again.

  Terrible service, I came to do usual nail cover only, no manicure, their price for that was 15 $. The cover was done worse ever on my experience. She cut my wart, so now I need to do a surgery on it.

  I called them to see is they offer services that I would like...a simple nail trim, polish change, nail art with a clear gel cover not the gel nail polish I could not have been more clear about it and said it 3 times to make sure they understood me and they said they do this so I left my house to go there ONLY TO BE TOLD IN PERSON IT IS TIME CONSUING I'm a client use your time on me. They said to go to another salon...who does that? They don't even deserve one start. Waste of time
