  I lived here briefly in 2005 and yet I am giving them thumps up after a decade and three years later. Shame on me! The brief time I lived at NPP in Downtown SD, it was a time I would never forget. The best time and yet a time I was learning to be my own and growing up in my own special way. This is a long over due review but a well deserving one. Thank you ☺️ NPP.
