  Overall a nice gym. Cardio equipment and weight machines are mostly all maintained and working. Men's bathroom shower area always has puddles.But the shampoo and body wash dispensers are always working and filled up. They should install a functional draining system for outside of showers . Water fountain near cycling class gives warm water, ewee. Really dislike how no1 on the staff organizes the weights after 3 or wipes down benches or cardio machines, Just at closing really is that done.

  College age child needed a summer membership..then had to freeze membership while back at school. When I called to discuss, the staff was beyond rude. You would think that since they are servicing the public, they might be interested to know that so many of their reviews are about how rude they are. They are not the only game in town, they should try a little more customer service

  Deserves 0 stars. Staff is rude and will bill your account without notice. Members are obnoxious and the gym is not clean at all

  The club charged me for seven months of personal training, (amounting to several thousand dollars) during a period when I had instructed the training manager to put my program on Freeze. Having discovered the inappropriate charges for services that I did not receive, I have failed to get the club manager to return my phone calls and reverse these charges. I have spoken to him twice, having made multiple phone calls to the club over several months. These calls go unreturned. His promises to resolve the matter have been unfulfilled. In addition to the above personal training program fees that have been inappropriately collected, they bumped up my membership fee fron $46/mo to $56/mo without prior notice or my consent. This is highly irregular and no doubt illegal. I do not recommend that anyone join this club if you have a reasonable alternative.
