  I love waking up for the 6:30 am crossfit classes before work. The coaches are extremely helpful and kind. I can already tell that I’m getting stronger. It’s a great place to make friends and get fit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get into shape!

  I wouldn't want to work out anywhere else. More like a family and less like a gym. Crossfit somers has been my home away from home for more than 4 years now and I continue to get stronger and push past my own limitations. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping all of the members. I love the community that has been built here and there is no placed I'd rather be at 5am.

  This box has great coaches with extensive knowledge! They are always very helpful and willing to spend some one on one time with you to address any needs. They have helped me to get in some of the best shape in my life and I continue to get better. Would recommend to anyone, as they cater to all ages and abilities.

  Crossfit Somers is a great place to learn Crossfit. I have been a member of this box for a couple of years now...the coaches are great and accommodate all ages/abilities, from young kids to seniors. I am close to 50 and in the best shape of my life thanks to Steve and his coaches at Crossfit Somers. If you are considering Crossfit and live in the area I would highly recommend coming in and giving it a try. Crossfit Somers is a wonderful community. I have made many new friends since becoming a member. Lastly, major improvements were recently completed at the facility which now provide a larger space to the members.

  Crossfit Somers is an amazing gym and there is a strong sense of community/family. The coaches and members are motivating and push you to do your best. My kids love the kid's classes and are getting stronger everyday.
