  I take Total Body conditioning with Anthony Truly. I register for all his classes to make sure that the class is not overbooked and I do not have to exercise too close to another person. However for this class, even if you register in advance, you are going to exercise within few inches from another person! People put their weights anywhere they want, there are no rows and no order. Basically, if you are not impudent enough, you will not get your spot! So disorganized and undisciplined! Please fix it because I love Anthony`s class

  interesting layout. multi-leveled mezzanine style that compartmentalize areas and still maintains openness.a small ante room of cardio machines could use an overhaul,,,like more or better machines. unexpected surprise

  Probably the best NYSC so far. No explanation. But to visit this, have to be a Passport Membership. Which all passport member know definitely why this place is a lot better than any other NYSC. 💙

  This is a nice clean place that has all the equipment you need. The class selection is also good for a relatively small gym. The only reason that I would mark it down is that it's usually very crowded. That's obviously because of its location. OTOH, I give NYSC kudos for investing in such a high-rent location.

  Good gym, compared to other NYSC locations. Every time I am here it is never empty. Maybe due to its location, but there is always a good amount of people working out at all times. There are personal trainers of you need help. The locker room has plenty of lockers. Big shower room, with sauna, towels provided.
