  I Was having issues with my back and was considering surgery. Within a few visits the pain had gone away and my mobility has greatly increased. I would recommend a visit to these teachers and recommend lessons before following through with surgery.

  Alayna is a gifted teacher. She understands where her students begin, what their goals are and how to bridge the gap. She intuitively knows how to make the training challenging yet interesting.

  Five stars doesn't begin to describe the excellence of the experience at Pilates 214. When I began training here, I had been a devotee of Pilates for 10 years, bouncing all over the city. The method employed by the amazing women here is both body centered and therapeutic. It's about precision of movement, producing the results one would hope for by such a practice. One word comes to mind - extraordinary.
