  Only went as a guest. I really like this gym and what they have to offer, just wish it were closer to home for me! I would DEFINITELY use the sauna after each workout! But, if they ever offered $10/ month, like PF (my current gym) I'd HIGHLY CONSIDER JOINING!

  Requested my membership be cancelled. Never happened - months went by and they were still charging me without notice. Had to dispute the charges, had a decision made in my favor, yet they still managed to fraudulently attempt to charge me through a different club. Place is a joke, from management, to corporate.

  This gym is actually really nice but the biggest ripoff, it is ran by money hungry scum who wouldn't cancel my membership over the phone when i HAD 8 months of inpatient treatment. After months of calling they claimed to cancel but still kept charging. will never go here again unless there's new owners. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY.

  If it wasn't for the parking lot and basketball court this place would been shut down years ago. The machines are often out of service, which take weeks if not months to fix. The place is unsanitary and poorly maintained in all areas of the gym. If that wasn't enough, the customer service experience is the worst of any gym I have ever been to. I recently moved and have been trying to cancel my membership and was asked to wait to speak with a manager (Raymond) at the gym. I waited for hours during multiple visits before and after my workout and he never came to speak with me. The staff at the desk took my name and number on 3 separate occasions and promised he would call me back that same day and weeks later I have yet to get a call from anyone at the gym. This morning I called AGAIN and was placed on hold for 30 minutes before I got hung up and called back and Carmela at the desk starts arguing with me. I tried explaining my situation and frustration but instead of listening to me she simply argued and told me I had to speak with a manager to cancel. I took a deep breath and realized this is why they have such poor reviews on google and said I would take this up with my credit card company and report the service to corporate and she couldn't care less. Stay away from this place it will only disappoint and ultimately raise your monthly charge without notice. Let's see how long it takes for someone to address this review...   New York sports club. Sign up Thursday and it will be $25a month instead $39.99. They have sale on Thursdays. I really like it, very nice gym. With steam room and sauna. All machines working, and very nice stuff. It is always clean and everything on the place it should be. There is a lot of people between 4PM AND 8PM but it is not OVERCROWDED. Between 4pm and 8pm hard to find parking. Lot is full, and that's only thing I don't like. $25 is REASONABLE PRICE. I know few people leave their cars in BJ superstore parking lot, but they tow you car now. Before it was not a problem. You can take your BICYCLE there, and there is special place where you can lock it ! This is convenient, but weather is not good for BICYCLE . Snowing and cold this month. Jan 2018 too cold.
