  Very dirty space. The air conditioning system works very poorly hot inside. From the ceiling dripping water, you can see the mold. This gym is dangerous for your health.

  this is the worst gym in bensonhurst , staff is unprofessional i dont know who would actually pay to go here

  I want to give zero star if possible! Previously I was on the membership for 1 year up to Feb 2018 (paid for 1year) & went to front desk on the last month of my membership to cancel. The guy at the front said need to take appointment 2-3 weeks before to cancel or call the 24hr office via the phone in PA. So I called & talk with a guy that I want to cancel, then he advice me to freeze my account for few months in case I want to go back & I did agree (He didn’t say I still have to pay annual fee even though I’m not going to gym anymore from effective freeze date). Then I got trasection for that yesterday which is U$ 49.99, so I called the office to cancel & I have to pay U$ 63.98 for cancellation fee. So for 2018, I lost U$ 113.97 without spending a day @ this gym. I think that’s not fair for me at all! I’m so sad. So I won’t want this happen to other members as well. So please guys, if you want to cancel just cancel!!! “DON’T LET THEM FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT & WASTE YOUR MONEY” I wish all of you guys free from happening this to you. I got a big lesson for the rest of my life!!!

  The first time walking in this gym I was like a kid in a candy store. however after a few days at this establishment, I realized how terrible this gym is, however I couldn’t leave because I had a one year contact. This gym has only 2 squat racks, at the dumbbell rack you can’t find anything without circling the gym once to find the weight you need, half the time some of the machines are broken, the saunas are as dirty as can be, in fact I witnessed a fire in there as a man poured oil on the heating element and set it on fire, the locker rooms smell like ass but what can I expect, the pool looks like a green wasteland, and the hot tub is broken at least once a month, I also forgot to mention there is one functioning water fountain in the whole gym so if you are weight training you have to walk down to the cardio area and get a sip and walk back up, this gym sucks, but since the options in our area are so limited this is what I had to go with, and I regret it deeply

  Only two proper squat rack in the entire gym at this moment. No weightlifting platform.This place need more power rack (to squat) or barbells and less cardiovascular machine in the second floor where it's suppose to be the free weights area. Cardio stuff is done mainly on first floor with the treadmills. Pool and sauna is not bad. Would rate 5 star if they added more weightlifting equipments. Rate commercial gym music 1/5 makes my ears bleed, same thing over and over being played. -1 star for lack of strength equipment on second floor and mainstream music +4 very friendly employees and coaches. +Ed is the barbell Jesus in this gym.
