  The sales person was very willing to show us the mattresses I had chosen ahead of time to look at and give us the discounted pricing based on our choice.I was buying a new mattress set for my son so he was trying them out to find the best fit for his back. Everything was handled promptly. My only concern is that we had split the payment between myself and my son and when I went to pickup the items I only had my receipt . I did not have a receipt for the payment my son made.

  What a Wonderful way to shop. The sales personnel were very helpful and knowlegable. I had NO problems with picking the items I wanted. I explained what I needed and the fun began. couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

  Alison was the perfect sales associate! She figured out what we wanted and showed us all our available options. She knew exactly where the options we were interested were on the sales floor and didn’t waste our time with items we wouldn’t be interested in. She came across as very knowledgeable and very pleasant. She also had a great sense of humor! Great experience today! Thank you Alison!

  Ordering on line was easy. The drive through pick up looks easy in the video they offer. The video is helpful. I like that I do not have to lift things. On my way to see how it goes. Update. Pulled into the parking lot and followed signs. Pulled into a line where there was a speaker and camera. They asked for my order number, be ready with that number, they move fast. They could see my car, verified my number with my car and told me to pull into the loading area they assigned. By the time I parked and rolled my window down, someone was headed out with my purchase. It was verified by that person, I signed the form, it was loaded and I drove off within minutes. WOW! How cool is that. A very positive experience. Kudos to whoever came up with that drive through pickup idea. Works like a charm.

  Overall a good interaction. Scott Tate, appliance salesman, was quick and helpful. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and just needed to make the fridge & microwave purchase. He had me rung up and out the door in a few minutes. Also, Gordon and Ricardo in the loading area were great! Very friendly, fast, and answered a couple questions I had as well. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to my new fridge having a dent on it. I wish there was a way to inspect my fridge before loading it up. I already contacted NFM about it however and am hoping they will make it right.
