They did a subpar installation of tile in our shower and didn't even finish grouting. We also had some broken floor tile right after they were done. I spoke with them about this and they first asked if we'd dropped anything on it, which we of course didn't. Then, after speaking with them about coming out, they tell me an electrician dropped their level on it. Why not tell me this from the beginning, if that's true? I've contacted them several times and they eventually get back to me, but don't actually call me back, they text; very unprofessional. They tell me that they'll be back out and never come out and don't let me know they won't be coming. Poor customer service. Please don't use them; use a more reputable company..a company that is true to its word and is reliable.

I had a very frustrating and upsetting experience with Donner's Flooring who did demo and tile work for me. They put a hole in my siding and promised to fix it. I got tired of waiting and had someone else do it. Not a big deal to me as I was having work done anyways and it was a quick fix. They did tile work that came out nice but my doors wouldn't close or open properly, bedroom doors, doors to the washer and dryer, door to the outside. They promised to fix it and never did. I have doors they took down and never put back up. The entrance to the rooms have no lip or cover on the floor, just sharp edged tile for my small child to get hurt on. They sold me materials for a project that they never came back to do. I cleaned up after them and found alcohol in one of their drink cups. To be fair here is the good and the bad. The good - Nice, friendly and polite; Fair pricing; Good work, the tile looks great The bad - Does not finish the job; does not keep his word, does not keep appointments and is unreliable Now I have to hire someone else to come and finish up, I have material that I paid for and no idea what to do with it. And if you think I'm upset, talk to my wife! If you use them DO NOT PAY until ALL of the work is done and get a signed, written estimate.
