  I just finished getting my nails done with my daughter. They painted on sparkles for my daughter for her "birthday" and didnt even ask me first if I wanted to pay an extra $6 for some painted sparkles and they chipped right when we came home. Then when I was paying, she asked me if I was putting the tip on the card and I said no I have cash. And she replied "You have enough?" They kept looking at my daughter's feet and speaking their language. I find that so rude.

  Received a gift certificate and got a relaxing 50 minute massage and gel manicure. Very clean - staff was kind and sweet. Can't wait to come with a friend next time.

  Excellent. Competent, thoughtful staff. In the last few years I have tried at least a dozen salons. The outcome at nail ridge exceeds any of the trendier spots in the surrounding communities.

  I was recommended to go here by some friends, and I couldn't be more satisfied! Great customer service. Staff was friendly and professional. Mani and pedi looked nice and fresh. The massage was very relaxing as well. Will definitely come back soon!

  Uncomfortable. Very little English spoken. Pedicure was quick and perfunctory, but staff was forever selling upgrades, even before beginning the actual pedi. No offer of water or coffee.
