  I had high hopes for Nadal since my coworkers all highly recommended them. We used Nadal Pediatrics from 2016-2020. During that time I repeatedly sought help for my daughter’s odd behaviors. Starting in 2018 she began screaming for most of the day. Her behaviors were off and her younger sister was quickly surpassing her abilities. I sought help from them numerous times. I was told her screaming was normal (we are talking 6-8 hrs of screaming), lack of ability to potty train was normal (3-4 years old), and her sister passing her developmentally was okay. The kicker was being told I was projecting my anxieties on her. In 2020 I had to get their shots done. The NP had the audacity to ask if I thought about whether or not my daughter was autistic (due to her behaviors during this appointment). That was devastating. I was continually told I was exaggerating then they drop the big A as a possible issue. They should have listened to my concerns and referred her to be seen in 2019 when they had a full year of notes (if they even noted these issues). She now has a diagnosis and is finally back on track regarding developmental growth. If you believe your child is not neurotypical, please please please go somewhere else so you don’t lose 2-3 years of possible help like we lost.

  Wait time was long before dr saw us but was worth it. Dr Chacko was great with my boys 13 and 17. Took her time to explain everything and felt like it was a thorough well check. She’s personable and reassuring (as a parent we need that sometimes). We were with the same pediatrician since the boys were infants and about 2 years ago our pediatrician relocated. I looked long for a new pediatrician and I am very pleased with this practice! Thanks Nadal team

  This was my husbands pediatrician so we decided to bring our kids here when we moved back from CT. I feel that they lack in care and the doctors brush off any and every concern. My kids were sick and they were not thorough at all. Two of my three kids now have been diagnosed with neumonía after switching to a different pediatrician. I feel like this could have been avoided if the doctors were more thorough and vigilant when evaluating kids.

  I appreciated that the office was available to get my child in for a walk-in visit and that they contacted me to confirm and ask me to come in earlier than scheduled. The doctor was thorough and answered all questions. We had a nice quick experience. Thank Nadal Pediatrics!!!

  Have been here twice and today was my last time, my roomate has also been here and we’re never going back. The doctor doesn’t listen to your needs and cuts you off when you speak. I had the worst experience today when I had told the doctor on some weight concerns and instead she had my daughter get up and stand in front of me and told me I should bring more confidence to my daughter. I am an advocate of self confidence and that was my least concern I had deeper concerns that she just brushed off but felt she needed to give me a lesson on how I should raise my child without knowing how my household runs. Very unprofessional this place.
