Do not let anyone convince you to take your loved ones to this facility. Almost all of the staff besides a few nurses do not care about their patients. My mom was admitted for therapy after a major surgery and not only did her roommate fall several times without getting any assistance or help from staff but she just fell and could not reach the call button to get in contact with staff. They don’t have fall protection pads or anything and we are blessed that she had her phone to call my father. We called the facility and no one answered for several minutes and could not get in contact to tell them that she had fallen and was in trouble. this is the ABSOLUTE WORSTS rehabilitation center I have ever seen and it is an absolute shame to these patients that need time, love and care from the employees and are disrespected on a daily basis. One of the employees told my moms roommate that he was going to put her into a cold corner and leave her there. The Audacity that you have to say that and treat and person that way is absolute cruelty. I WILL be filing a formal complaint. And I have read the other reviews. You continue to ask if these people have called the executive director yet there is no way to contact them. No accountability. I pray for everyone single person in that center and that they can get the proper care they need from the people that do care. Give me the phone number of this executive direction and I will call myself to file the complaint. Peoples lives are at stake.

My family member is always dirty, they don’t change his linens , they don’t washing him at all, I went there last Saturday around 2 pm , he was sook and wet, he had feces all over his night gown, pads was very sad what I found , I proceeded to clean him and I went to nurse station to ask for linens and towels and they wasn’t nice to me. That places is horrible, I hope the state close that place.

Arrived at 6pm, but staff had no info for my husband. So he had no meds for his Parkinson's and other health issues. I was told I had an attitude when I asked questions and tried to explain his issues. Dinner was grill cheese and potato chips and he's on a no salt diet. Bed had no rails and wouldn't be installed for almost a week. Overnight he slept in dirty, wet bedding because no one responded to calls. Breakfast was cold scrambled eggs and cold coffee . Still no meds. I arranged for private Ambulance to bring him home at 11. This was Christmas Eve! Don't send your loved one there!

Believe all the bad reviews that you can find about this place. My mother arrived on a Friday afternoon, although her hospital papers indicated that she was on a regular diet, mi brother let them know that she needed a liquid diet as she was suffering from Trush in her mouth. They insisted on a mashed diet that she couldn't eat. Although we continue to insist, during the four days that she was hospitalized they never changed to a liquid diet and continued to bring the "fine" mashed and dry food that she could not eat. Saturday morning a nurse passed by who did not speak Spanish, since my mother did not respond because she did not understand, she yelled at her with an attitude that if she was deaf, mom informed her that she did not speak English, she turned around and left. At 9:00 a.m. she asked for help because she needed to go to the bathroom, no one came to assist her, so she ended up relieving herself, after several direct calls from me and my brother to the administrator, it was not until almost 1:00 p.m. they went to clean her up. Her first words when I called her that morning were, “Get me out of here.” The bath that she received in those four days there was given by my sister-in-law; the wife of another patient told us that during the time her husband had been there, no one came to bathe him, so she was the one in charge of doing it. The only positive thing that can be said about this place is from the day I was present, a very kind Nurse Practitioner arrived and the nurse on duty spoke Spanish, the latter did everything possible so she could take the medicines. That day, although I reported it, no one from maintenance ever came until past 6:00 p.m. to remove the bags of feces that we had in the room since 10:00 a.m. If you do not have enough time to dedicate to the family member hospitalized in these facilities, do not see it as an option, IT IS NOT. The least these patients going to rehab deserve is a little bit of dignity. This is my experience with a four-day stay, I don’t even want to know what happens for the long-term patients. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.

My mother was admitted last week after having an infection removed. She was moved to another room and I wasn't notified. Whenever I call to get an update with her physical therapist, I'm put on hold for 10 minutes, only to hear someone pick up the phone to hang up in me. Nursing staff is very nice, but getting a hold of her physical therapist or trying to get a hold of my mom is an big issue. I ahve no idea how she's progressing or anything about her wound.
