  while doctor pulley seems very knowledgeable about all the conditions he treats, he would spend a large amount of the time in his office talking about himself and his accomplishments. we arrived in his office with an established treatment plan from a doctor that had taken care of my wife;s condition for 4 yrs. dr pulley insisted on starting over and performing all the test over again. while this was understandable he continued to ignore our request to stay on the regiment we had become accustom to. after the first revisit for more treatment he would continue to talk of himself and his writings as well as his forum statements. once we had finally gotten him to agree to treatment he had no idea how to proscribe and referred it to the infusion clinic whom never called to verify. bottom line he is a physician whom would treat a lab and not the patient. i believe him to be intelligent just not suited for the care of patients. all of this has led to my wife being in crisis
