  It's hard to believe how many people give it a 5 star. Yes no doubt they have great customer service, but when it comes to not owning up to damage done to my vehicle because they say it was "already there, and my guys didn't do that" I am 110% believer in honesty, obviously when your not honest and own up to your mistakes, they end up biting you in the a$÷, so it's been 6 weeks since my truck was brought here for hail damage, and all of a sudden the step bar was chipped, my dash board was hit and cracked and loose from every direction, my screen has a glitch...oh my visors were extremely dirty, and last BUT NOT LEAST the side view mirrors were installed NOT properly as well as anything on the inside, I own up to scratches on my truck, but it had way more than when I took it in, I reverse and it's says one of my sensors are bad as well as for my backup camara...the owner SUPER EXTREMELY rude to my husband. I've had bad services before, and yes I will put my foot down on things like damaged to my vehicle that I AM STILL PAYING FOR, SO yes I will be picky enough to check on a job well done... and I came here because the reviews were great and I trusted them, NOW I hope and pray my vehicles never have to be in a shop in the future because it's hard to trust anyone anymore. Again it's so hard to believe so many 5 stars in this place, please triple quadriple check your vehicles, not sure if it has to do when being on a claim from my insurance, but not a job well done. I could of given it 0 stars but I can't.

  Excellent customer service.They were very polite and professional in behavior.Quickly assessed the damage and made sure to give my Mini Cooper down to perfection in 5-7 days time.Highly recommend this place.Top quality work and service!

  It's not perfect three chips could of been covered better. It was just a patched up job nothing major.

  Mario and his staff are absolutely the best collision repair shop in town. Javier provided us with great customer service and the repairs were done on time and to our expectations. Highly recommend using their services. You will NOT be disappointed.

  I had some work done here a short while back. I have a brand new 2017 Volvo XC 90 with metallic paint and someone accidentally backed into it while it was parked. I was worried about how long it would take to get the parts and if they would be able to match the paint especially with it being a brand new vehicle less than 2 months old. They were super friendly and able to get the parts and complete the work quickly, you cannot even tell the drivers door has been replaced and painted! They did an amazing job and any further bodywork we need completed while here in San Antonio will be done here!!! I would recommend this place to everyone you will not be disappointed!!!
