I drive out of my way to get my Toyota serviced at this dealership. There is a dealership closer to home, but the service here is just that good. They offer free shuttle services back home or to any location within a 15 mile radius, as well as free refreshments and snacks in the lobby if you choose to wait. The employees are very friendly and professional, and never try to up-sell any services I don't need. I am clueless when it comes to cars, so I appreciate their honesty, which has gained them this loyal customer. The last time I brought my car in, I was helped by Patrick, and he was wonderful. He checked in with me frequently with updates on what was being done to my car, and even took time to explain the repairs to me. From check-in to check-out he was very helpful and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for better service. Definitely 5-star service!

Bought my first car here and couldn't be happier! Jesus"Chuy"Ramirez was my salesman and made my car buying experience go smoothly. He even helped my mom get a great deal on her car as well! Management is awesome and they work with you as best they can. We had no problems with our car buying experience. I'll definitely be going to Cavender Toyota again in the future!

We had the best experience with Cavender Toyota! We went to them after having a bad experience at a different dealership, and thankfully Joey Hernandez and everyone there went above and beyond to make sure we got the car I wanted and was able to beat every price in town. Donna in finance was just lovely and able to get our paperwork done quickly and still took time to explain everything while making us laugh! All around great folks and we will be back!

I went with my dad on Saturday to look at cars, and we had such a wonderful experience thanks to Chris Gutierrez (salesperson). He was so patient in answering all our questions and explaining the differences in the cars and prices, as well as listening to what I wanted in a car and price range. The customer service we received thanks to Chris, the manager, and finance person who worked with us when purchasing were so great. We had gone to a different delearship in the past, and this one made what we thought would be a dreadful experience such a positive one. I got to drive home in a new 2018 Toyota Camry, thank you so much Cavender team!!

I came here for the first time to get my oil changed. It is an older car, and I knew that I would need to do some regular maintenance on the car in the near future, as it is nearing 200,000 miles. However, everything was driving and running smoothly when I arrived. As I was waiting for it to be done, one of the service guys came and told me that they found a power steering fluid leak and asked me to come talk to another guy about how much it would cost, etc. After talking to him, he told me I had a leak (not the most serious leak, but more than a little drip) and my rack and pinion needed to be replaced and it would be $1500. I told him that I wouldn't be able to get it fixed today, but that I would call and set up an appointment to bring it in at a convenient time next week. When my oil was done, I got in my car and the power steering did not work at all. I could barely turn my car. I brought it straight back in and they told me that "you just never know how bad it is/when the leak might burst." I told them that there was NO way it all the sudden went from no problem to completely not working in the matter of an hour. They filled up my power steering fluid and I was able to drive home, but the power steering does not work again and the fluid is completely empty. Something had to have been done to my car while it was being serviced for it to go from no problems to not working. I believe that there was a leak when they first looked at it, but something had to have been messed with for it to now drain an entire bottle of power steering fluid in a matter of minutes. I will definitely NOT be coming back here ever again. I am upset that I came in with a working car, but left with a car that is barely drive-able now. I will be taking my car elsewhere to be serviced. I am so disappointed with the service here.
