  I love Mutts and Butts. They have an outstanding staff that work here, polite, friendly and fun. It's not like going to a Pet Smart or Petco where Noone acknowledges you. No need to go to any other pet store. Joe goes above and beyond to make a customer satisfied. He is an asset to this store. Everyone that works here are extremely friendly.

  Mom and Pop pet store, and the owner (who is always there) really knows his stuff. If I ever really needed to ask about a product and get an unbiased answer, he is the person to ask. If they don't have an item you want, they can order it.

  Local non chain pet store. Good selection of products at quite decent prices. You could probably shop for some of the items at Walmart cheaper but you don't get to take your kids through a free aquarium, hold the cute bunnies etc at Walmart. Also the staff seem genuinely interested in their products and offer up decent advice. Caveat, my wife and I are regulars here and buy biscuits and other pet supplies on a regular basis so have an interest in this business succeeding!!! :)

  This is probably the best pet store on Long Island. The people that work there are some of the most Pleasant and nicest people I've encountered at a store especially the owner Joe Joe is a very good and fair man he will get what you want or what you need if they don't have it. I highly recommend that you buy all of your pet stuff from mutts n butts he guarantees everything exchanges returns very very good place. I wouldn't shop at any other pet store if I can give it more than five stars I would I would give it a thousand. If you shop at all these big stores please give this place a try it's absolutely spectacular
