  This establishment is good. The two gentlemen that work there are very friendly and accommodating. They always go out of their way to be extra kind. You can always tell when people enjoy their jobs. They obviously do. Thanks.

  Son has guitar lessons here and is doing great. I accompany him and instructor is a joy to talk and really does care of his students!

  Poor customer appreciation shown by corporate policy: Prorated refunds limited to 5 days after billing date. Rediculous! I returned my son's instrument on the 18th. I was billed on the 11th and because I did not return it within 5 days of the billing date, I recieve NO prorated refund for the remainder of the month. Renting these instruments are not cheap and this "company policy" is a slap in the face. They didn't want to give me back the prorated $25 I was due, so I will not be renting or buying here in the future. Consider your options before paying to rent here....It would have been cheaper for me to purchase a new Sax on Amazon ($200) vs. what I paid here ($360) to rent it for six months. I also could have made money back by selling it once my son decided it wasn't for him. I prefer to support smaller companies than places like Amazon. Which is why we decided to rent here in the first place knowing it would cost me more. Customer service and appreciation matters! Never again.

  Very helpful by phone and in person, well inform personal, they have plenty of instruments and accessories as well as clases and all kinds of music stuff, the store is clean and well organized. It was a little hard to find at the beginning but it is not hidden it was just that we were looking on the wrong side of the shopping center.

  Poor customer service. I am a single Mom with a down syndrome son, which wanted a drum set more than anything for Christmas. I had been going up to the store to let him play this drum set. They told me that last year it was on sale for $199 on black Friday (hint hint). When I went to purchase the drum set they rang me up $299,00 which that was always the price in the store. The store was running a 20% Black Friday discount on items over $199.00. They wouldn't give me the discount. They said the drum set was already on sale. They didn't even care.
