The person assigned to help with my phone issues knew less than I did! Will not go back to this store!

I hate coming here. It's always a scripted sales pitch. Avoid if at all possible. Try Best Buy or visit the Mansfield location.

I cracked my LGV20, paid insurance and they sent me a LGV30. I came into the store to trade in this new phone and AT&T would've given me $150+ for my trade. Moises an employee at this location advised me that the LGV30 my phone insurance company sent me was $800 MSRP. There was some explaining and at end of it all I pocketed about $300 after paying off my new iPhone.

I’m giving them a 2 Star because this store location did help me and my girlfriend get new phones for a great deal. ALTHOUGH! I was ending my Sprint bill and WAS TOLD they would send me a card VIA mail to pay off the final phone bills on my Sprint phone. I was told it could take up to 4 weeks. Which is fine, but it’s been 2 months and I have yet to get this card. This isn’t the stores fault, but AT&T hasn’t contacted me about this whatsoever. I’ve had to call them to fix “minor details” and they said they would re send. Again NO CARD OR CONTACT. You’d think they would let me know if something went wrong, but I guess not? I love the service and signal. But the company has issues, they’re ALL THE SAME with customer service.

This AT&T is well run . I haven’t upgraded my iPhone lately, but was able to buy my 5s on the day they became available with a well organized, fast moving line . I had mine in hand while watching long lines of people waiting to buy one, on the news.
