  Super convenient in parking. The bathroom had 3 stall and super clean however that might be different during the night time as it shares with Spring Shabu Shabu. Many of the dim sum cart server are Cantonese speakers. Staffs are super friendly. The place is newly built and well-lit. There are television every where will American news. A nice place to relax with family. The food was a bit pricey but well worth. The durian pasteries is a must get for durian lovers. The smell is strong however, when eating it you clearly tell they use fresh ingredients.

  Yuck! Totally burnt a steak. Had a wedding party in the main dinning area with Karaoke. So the off key cruddy singing, burnt steak, missing crab = cruddy evening.

  Great place for dim sum. There is no wait during the weekdays and a long wait on the weekends. The name has been changed to the New Mulan.

  This is by far the best dimsum restaurant I have ever been in my life. The only downside was the 30 minutes wait probably because it was for Sunday brunch. All of their dishes and dumplings had very rich flavors. My favorite ones were Siu Mai and pork buns. The ribs were very tender as well. I could feel the whole shrimp and pork inside. We did have some ordering mishap where we thought chow mien was a stir fried noodles but it was actually deep fried noodles. Would have been better if they were clear about it or replaced the dish for us.

  It was an eye opener for my first time here. I was invited for a birthday party. The dish they ordered is not everyday dish we regularly eat. It was out of the world, highly recommend if you are holding a party. Next time I will try for the dim sum.
