::Stupid and rude staff. The food tastes like the cook forgot to put condiment in it, and the environment is crowded and loud. We ordered a durian, and have to wait for it for two hours!!! What the hell??? It is just a fruit, not a rock , how could you be so slowly?? I hate this restaurant, and will never be there again. For anyone who is a big fan of Chinese style BBQ, I highly recommend the Zhou's Yummy Restaurant which is much cheaper and tastes better. 我们比预定时间晚了十分钟,服务员不停数落我们还摆臭脸,我实在是不理解这么难吃的店服务员哪来的自信?烤肉加点盐加点孜然腌二十分钟味道就会很好,就这么简单的操作你们都做不好 ,烤串完全不入味、就外面一层调料粉,说真的要是在国内你们这么烤肉早被人掀桌子了…一个烤榴莲催了五次,等了快俩小时,大家盛赞榴莲是这一餐最好吃的东西(是啊,不用放调料,直接烤,想不好吃也难),于是又点了一个;这次五分钟就上菜了,算是让我们彻底明白榴莲的制作时间确实不是两个小时,你们确实就是怎么催都磨叽。就这么家破店还死贵死贵的(我们人均65$),不会再来的,活该评分低◉‿◉。各位想吃烤肉的,建议移步老周全羊馆或者北京串店,当然要是还是倔强想尝试一下这家店,后悔了不要怪我哦(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

::This is the worst Chinese BBQ place I have ever been. Food is overpriced. No body wipe our table after we sit there for 10 mons, till we call for it. We have to wait for more than 1 hour to get our food. They fry or boil food before BBQ. I think they use oven to finish the cook. It is interesting, but flavor is not as great as using fire. And some order didn't cook well. The most important thing is that you have to wait forever to get food one by one. We have to cancel some order after 1.5 hours waiting. Not recommended to go.

::I used to love this place for the bull frog hotpot although everything else has always been mediocre. This is my third time here, still loving the bull frog hotpot, bu I don’t think I’ll come back here again. We waited for over an hour until our hotpot came. They gave us a plate of staled beef jerky for an hour until we got pissed. There were four other tables, everyone was pissed off and some people left to eat somewhere else. Don’t know if it’s a new chef or management problems, but if they don’t step up their game, I am not coming back here to spend $60/person on staled and disgusting beef and 1-hour-late hotpot. Totally disappointment.
