  Super helpful and friendly staff! Remembers your pet's name (even if the said pet is a picky grump!). They are also knowledgeable about their products and give great suggestions!

  We brought our new puppy into the store and their service was over the top amazing. Having never owned a puppy so young before, they were informative and answered all the questions we had with professionalism and even asked us lots of questions about us and the puppy. They walked us through the entire store, sampling foods and finding the ones he likes most, trying on harnesses and collars, and even weighed the puppy because they were curious to know because of how tiny he was. They genuinely love the animals that come into the store and they went to great lengths to comfort us as new owners. I will be going there often now. I can't recommend them enough.
