  They almost always have what I need. They oddly tend to stop selling things randomly, and for whatever reason it tends to be what my cats are eating at the time. It is bad luck, for sure, but I wish it didn't happen so often.

  Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Any purchases can be returned with very little fuss (only store credit for returns without a receipt) and the returned product is donated to animals in need.
