  The WORST. They made an appointment with me telling me they had the specific vehicle I wanted. Got there and would have had better service as a walk in. No one knew we were coming. The vehicle was not there, and, 20 minutes later they brought another model put and told me "well, they drive the same." Completely wasted my time.

  I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience I recently had at Mt. Kisco Chevrolet. I needed a repair on my car. The woman I spoke with in the service department was knowledgeable and helpful, suggesting alternative plans to accommodate my schedule. The day of service the service reap was helpful and friendly. Getting the loaner car was simple and easy, and I was lent a brand new car. I really was dreading the repair, expecting it to be an ordeal, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience!

  What a difference new ownership makes! Night and day. Same great people working here . . . the Murphys, Phil Gray, Vinnie (to name a few). So the neighborhood feel is still there. But everyone has upped their game. The lot is all cleaned up and organized, so there's parking! The store is even friendlier . . . you can just "feel" it when you walk in - enthusiastic people, no games - great place to do business

  I was lowballed there. When I left a deposit with the salesman he did not write down my monthly payment on order receipt. When I went to take delivery of the car and went to back office to signed lease papers the payment was $5.60 higher than what I was quoted. I don't think I'll be back and not even for service. Update. The salesman contacted me and I let him know about my issue. The dealership is refunding me the difference of my dispute. They redeemed themselves...now giving 4 stars. Also, the dealership is very well run. The proud you a loaner when needed. The girls in the office are please to deal with and very efficient. I will continue to do business there.

  I just leased a new Cadillac and couldn't be happier! I've leased my last 3 cars from this dealership and have had a wonderful experience every time. I've worked with several employees and every time have worked with kind, helpful and knowledgeable employees. I've recommended this dealer to several friends all who have received great prices and are very happy with their cars and/or trucks!
