  This is my 2nd time using this moving company... I used them about 3 years ago for the first time and they came recommended by a friend. The first time I used them they were very professional, made less mistakes and didn't damage anything. Unfortunately the 2nd time I didn't have as good an experience and not sure where to begin because there were a lot of issues... they had a careless accident with a glass lamp shade that got broken, they left some of my items on their truck when the job was done (though they swore the truck was empty) which I had to bring to their attention because they weren't aware of this, though once I said something I did get the items back, they damaged some of my items as well which I found out about after they left and to top it off, I had moved the moving date up by 3 days but well in advance of the move which mostly everyone got right, so I did move on the day I had planned, except one of their reps called me on the date I had changed it from (3 days later) and she was calling to confirm that I was moving that day, even though I had already moved... what??? The damage was the following... there was a chip on two new dressers, a big scratch in a wood coffee table that was like new and 3 cuts on one side of the rubber handle bar of an exercise bike that was new and had hardly been used so I'm very disappointed about the damage. The foreman was different this time around, though nice and professional, the other movers were different this time, as was the estimator. The estimate was more than the actual charge, though I was promised certain fragile items would be packed professionally, they were not. Also the estimate included an extra $25 TV prep charge, which seemed ridiculous for putting a blanket around a TV and putting it in a regular bin, which the foreman agreed with when I brought that up so I was not charged extra for that. They are an expensive company but as I thought the first time, you're paying for a really professional and decent company so I didn't complain when the bill ended up to be quite high but I still tipped each mover above and beyond what I should've, given the amount of damage and mistakes that happened during/after the move. So in summary, given what happened I don't know that I'd feel comfortable using this company again if the need should arise in the future.

  I recently moved from NY to FL and had a last minute cancellation from another mover. Moving Right Along helped me move with only a week's notice. Everyone on their staff was extremely professional and took very good care to ensure my move went smoothly. The moving team was very efficient and careful with my things. I highly recommend Moving Right Along and would use them again if I ever needed to move. They are the best!

  Moving Right Along was the one bright spot whiled my roommate and I navigated a really crappy situation. Unfortunately, our building had an infestation not once but twice over the course of 6-8 weeks. We used Moving Right Along to store and fumigate all our belongings that we were able to salvage on both occasions. Not only was Moving Right Along timely, responsive and extremely professional during both processes, but they were extremely understanding & sympathetic to our situation. They made both moves quick and easy. Also they went as far as to give an extremely favorable discount on the 2nd Move/Store/Fumigation cost, which they didn't have to do. They literally went out of there way to help my roommate and I out. We are completely indebted to them and would recommend them for any regular move or another other needs that they can help with. Not only because are a first rate moving company but care about helping their customers. Most moving companies would not make any concessions to their rate in the situation we were in, Moving Right Along did - They showed compassion and big heart. I will use them for any move I have from now on. Thank you again to Moving Right Along.

  I have used Moving Right Along for five moves and have been very pleased with the experiences and have recommended them to friends and family. I have been assigned a different team each time I moved and therefore have had a sample of their staffing -- all are polite, very careful, conscientious and efficient. I had them pack and unpack my belongings in addition to moving it all. No damage to my items and the actual prices never exceeded the estimates. Prices are more than competitive. The office staff who provided estimates (Timothy) is very professional. All moves went as discussed --on schedule, on budget, etc.-- no surprises.

  Great experience with Moving Right Along. I worked with Kimberly in the office and she helped arrange everything. From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the level of service. The guys showed up on time, had everything out quicker than anticipated and delivered me and my fiance to our new apartment within the estimate. We have a complicated bed that needed special assistance and the lead foremen had no issue whatsoever. A+ job from Moving Right Along. Thanks again!!! :)
