  Treasure Island Storage was a great location for my needs. Easy access and the office and building people were great. It was a great find! friendly staff, great space at a really good rate. I would definitely go back to them the next time I need to store my things.

  Been using this place forever, you couldn't find a nicer, kinder or more helpful storage solution. The facility is well kept and clean. The best storage unit by far in the city. Easily the most convenient parking, making it easy to load and unload. I always recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage unit in NYC.

  Awesome place! Very clean and amazing friendly staff 😀 I use to live about 2 blocks away they gave me the truck to move for free and the first month was free as well! They have great prices and explained everything to me very thoroughly and also gave me a free bag with the paperwork explaining everything that they told me. I highly recommend them if you need to store your valuables. There are even storage units outside in large metal bin's that are accessable 24/7 and the facility is very well protected with tall iron gates that are code protected by the entrances and camera's everywhere inside and out. I have used a different storage facility in maspeth and almost lost all of my items because of mould and I am still fighting them. I had to end up taking them to court but I know my items are safe in Treasure island. The name fits them perfectly. Thank you Treasure island

  These guys are really awesome, helpful, communicative, and professional. I used them to move my stuffs last month and it was never a problem. The guys are super nice, super helpful and just all around amazing. They are affordable too.

  Female customer service sucks so bad and misleading. Best to figure it out yourself, especially when its your first time using storage. The guys are not so bad. Besides from that woman. the location "Ozone park" I gave a 4 star because it is convenient, clean and the guys are courteous and helpful.
