::We enjoyed our Saturday night visit! Other than a strong smell of perfume while coming up the stairs, and a few meaningful words from our 'ghost' app (we didn't know they were meaningful until later though), the dead were somewhat quiet. The living on the other hand were much louder, this is NOT the place to stay if you want a peaceful night's rest, lol! Hubby and I finally had to leave around 3 am. The music from the bars, boisterous patrons, bikes revving, and sirens screaming were just a little more than WE had bargained for, but would have been a blast if we had been 20-30 years younger :) We did enjoy our stay in this beautiful old place though, time has definitely taken it's toll, but the charm is still visible everywhere you look :)

::Enjoyed my stay. It's true what they say about the hotel being haunted. The owner is very sweet and nice as well. Look forward to visiting again

::So I'm on day 3 of my 4 day, 3 night stay. Nice and private hotel. They give you a key to the front door, so not just anyone can walk in. Only one of the 8 rooms has a private bathhroom, they have 3 others that are for All the other rooms. Parking isn't bad if you're willing to walk about a block or 2 for the free curb stuff. If you arrive early (prior to 730) in the morning, parking can be had nearly in front of the hotel. The innkeeper and manager are super nice and responsive. They will come early to start coffee for you and get to cleaning rooms and what not. Definitely an old West feel, every room has its own "name." The rooms by the street are colder than the rooms in the back. Can't explain why but speaking from experience, slept in 3 different rooms so far, the front is colder than the back. Within walking distance to the Stockyards, a good number of bars and restaurants as well. If you're looking to walk to downtown Ft. Worth this isn't the hotel for that. Close enough to the highway to easily get to Dallas and see the sights there or visit the Federal Engraving and Plating Bureau (it's free, trust me, you'll want to check out how your money is made.) Miss Molly's is known as being haunted. Can't say for sure if it really is. I did have my door close on me when I went to enter it (room 7) on my first night. It is an old, creaky, uneven building so could have just been the way the building sits and gravity or wind or whatnot. Anyway, definitely recommend staying here, although, you do need to be aware that a restaurant sits directly below it and a bar directly below them. So it can get smelly and noisy, more so in the front rooms of the hotel.

::Had a wonderful weekend stay at Miss Molly's! It was our first time visiting the stockyards and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location is perfect and the room we stayed in (the railroader) was spacious and comfortable. Our innkeeper, Deb, was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I was a bit skeptical about the shared bathroom situation but it was never an issue even when all of the rooms were full I never saw anyone having to wait for a bathroom. The bathrooms were spacious enough that my husband and I were able to get ready in the same bathroom at the same time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the noise. You can hear every step that anyone makes on the floor, every car that goes by, and the music from the bars downstairs. We were fully prepared to party late into the night and deal with the noise but even we ended up sleeping with earplugs in the second night. This wouldnt deter me from recommending this place or staying there again though! Just something to be aware of when choosing this place. Overall a wonderful little weekend getaway location!

::My husband and I celebrated our 6th anniversary by staying here. We thought it was a really cute hotel with a vintage,home-y type of feeling. Just a few things I think we should mention that we would've liked to have known beforehand. 1. There is no TV in the room. At least not in the rodeo room. 2. The lights in the room will go out if everyone is using the heater apparently? Not sure. It just happened once and they fixed it within a few minutes. 3. The heater worked when we first got to the hotel but didn't overnight and it was cooooolllldddd. 4. For our night, it was loud outside. People partying until like 3-4am and we heard every bit of it. 5. The beds squeak with every move you make FYI in case you want to play Twister.. Everyone will know. 6. There is not a bathroom in the rooms, they are located outside of the rooms for all the rooms to share. These all seem like cons, but we honestly didn't mind most of them. Except the bathroom situation and the bed. Again, it's such a cute hotel and the workers/owners are so incredibly sweet. The give you a key so you can come and go as you please. There's loads of stores and restaurants around. We'll definitely be back again.. but maybe when the weather isn't so cold.
