  We really enjoyed the exceptionally well run, dog friendly hotel in the perfect location to enjoy the stockyards. We were attending a reunion here and our stay couldn't have been better. Especially nice was the tiny, in house bar in the lobby. The ladies running it made for a remarkable experience for me and others whilst we closed the joint. Rooms were well designed and didn't pack a thing and the facility is kept in great condition.

  This is THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN FT WORTH PERIOD!! I have so many wonderful things to say about this hotel and I'll start with the location. If your wanting a true Stockyards experience, you can't get a better location! This hotel is right in the heart of it! Once you park, you won't have to use your vehicle again until you depart. The parking is gated with 24 hour security. Most hotels charge per day to park but this is complimentary with your stay here! I love that! Everything you need, all of your must sees or to dos for your Stockyard experience is within walking distance! They also offer a free shuttle service with outstanding and friendly drivers who are very prompt with any requests. This service alone saves so much money as cabs to Sundance Square or the Convention Center are about $20 each way even though it's only 3 miles away! The hotel staff overall is top notch. I can truly say, that I have NEVER had better service anywhere else. They were so friendly, kind, helpful, and personable. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. This includes every single employee that I came in contact with. The girls at the front desk, the security guards, the housekeepers, the shuttle drivers, everyone ! The breakfast is outstanding, and the cheesecake is a must try ! The rooms are very spacious with a great office/ living room area. I have had 2 events in Ft Worth so far this year, both times I have stayed here, and both times the service, staff, food, and rooms were impeccable! I give this hotel 5 stars for location and staff! Way to go Hyatt! I'm impressed.

  Enjoyed our stay here. So much history around this place. The events that were nearby was very entertaining for the whole family. The room was accommodating for everyone of us. When we come back to Ft worth, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!
