  My wife went in for respiratory illness because our Dr could not see her until later in the week. The Nurse/Doctor told my wife our insurance was not accepted, (Cigna, it most definitely was accepted as I confirmed with the carrier) and then proceeded to tell my wife she would have to pay $149 just to see her. She was rude and acted as though she did not want to deal with anything. My wife tried to explain our insurance was Cigna PPO, even though it has a different primary name, and the Nurse/Doctor would have none of it. Dismissed her after an hour wait. Did an online appt with walgreens for $49 and got a prescription for antibiotics and is now better. Not a fan of CVS from past experience, but we are new in TX and hoped it was different here. It most certainly is not.
