When we first arrived the front desk employee where not very welcoming to us for it to be our first time. But then we got to meet the doctor and we could tell that he really likes what he does. Doctor B has blessed us today and I can say we will return.

I work in Burleson but don't live in Burleson. This place is in my network and had a couple of appointments scheduled. I canceled both one on the day of bc I was out of town for work. This first time I gave advance but the second I get it it was the day of but I called and let them know. Month later I scheduled an appointment and a day before my appointment I get a message saying that they cancelled my appointment saying I no called no showed twice and bc I'm not a Burleson resident that they will not see me. Take it for what you will but I wanted to put this out there in case anyone thinks about going here that for any reason umm say life happens you may get that call/voicemail saying they cancelled your appointment and that you cannot be seen there.

My family and I attempted to make an appointment at this office. Unfortunately the day and time my husband was scheduled he had an emergency meeting at work and no showed for his appointment. I then received a call stating no one in our family was allowed to be seen there due to that. As someone working in the healthcare field I have NEVER heard of anything like this. I think it is ridiculous!!

Dr. Steven Bresnehan just wants to fit people for glasses without getting to the root cause of their vision problems. At 31 years of age, I had never had any trouble with my vision until I suffered a concussion in a car accident. Seven months later, I was still having issues which were similar to aura symptoms from a migraine but not as severe. These symptoms had been causing considerable annoyance and hindering my daily life, so I decided it would be smart to see an optometrist. I explained my symptoms quite precisely, that I was not having any issues with blurriness or an inability to read and that all of my issues had started almost immediately upon suffering a concussion. He was absolutely determined to fit me for reading glasses though, so $286 dollars later, I thought I had a solution to my problem. However, my symptoms actually got worse, so I decided to see a neuro-opthalmologist since I strongly suspected that mild farsightedness was not the cause of my symptoms (as Dr. Bresnehan had insisted). The neuro-opthalmologist, who by the way, graduated from Stanford University, told me that my symptoms were very likely to be caused by the concussion, that he had had patients before with similar symptoms that went away on their own after two to three years, and that I did NOT need reading glasses. Months later and my symptoms have improved without the glasses Dr. Bresnehan was so insistent on selling me. Now I have $286 worth of fancy, worthless eyeglasses.
