I was expecting this to be a drive-up service, but you have to go into the store. The cost was $3 for one key or $6 for three keys with extra for any of the fancy designs. There were about 8 designs available, with only one standard shape/size, and it was not able to cut my pad lock key as they did not have any small sizes. It took about 60 seconds to cut each key. It was fine, but if I had known the price and that I had to go into the store before hand, I would have gone to Home Depot across the street.
