  Our 2010 MINI Cooper S Hardtop had HVAC issues. Fearing a leak or defective compressor after 8.5 years I brought it in. Nick was helpful as always and provided me with a loaner vehicle for the weekend while the shop worked through their queue. Ended up being a simple Evac. & recharge, so not too costly. Always appreciate the level of service I get from the team at MINI Ramsey.

  Nice looking dealership with big sign on the door "First impression is everything " there were no customers and no sales people to take me for test drive. Waited 20 minutes finally got someone to take a test drive with. Came back from test drive got a sales person she was very nice and got lease prices fast. Was told that they have a car that I will like it was a loaner car but the manager from that department was gone for the day so they promised to call me next day with all the details. Never got a call. So the first impression was not that good the last impression is a valuable one. Will never shop for car in Mini of Ramsey again.

  I have not purchased a car from Mini of Ramsey so I cannot speak to that experience, but I do get my Mini serviced here. I have only had pleasant experiences while working with them. If you wait for your car, the lounge area is very comfortable and the espresso machine is great! The people are very nice and my service advisor Ryan is always very honest and respectful.

  So I looked far and wide for a new Mini JCW - found one 70 miles away in Ramsey, decided to make the trip on a Saturday morning.. Normally buying a car is a painful experience but Mini of Ramsey did a great job. They delivered me the car back to CT and added a full tank of fuel - nice touches that will make me consider them in the future (irrespective of distance). Thanks Tanya/Abe !

  I recently finalized a lease on a 2018 Mini Cooper S 4 door hardtop. This was my first experience with Mini, and I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. I was met by a salesperson named Ruby King, who from the start, made me feel like family. She was friendly, personable, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. Her knowledge of the product was outstanding, and you could tell she had a vested interest/loyalty to the brand. Whenever I go to a dealership, I ask the salesperson what type of vehicle they personally drive. When the salesperson, like Ruby in my case, informs me they drive the brand that they represent, it gives me confidence in the product. Ruby took the time to get to know me, my interest, and my needs. Based on this information, she pointed me in the right direction. There were more expensive models and options available which she could have pushed me to, but she did not. She directed me into what she believed I would be the most happy with...And I’m pleased that she did. In addition, Ruby followed up and ensured my understand of the product, and my satisfaction thereafter. In past purchasing experiences, I left feeling as though I was just another “number” or sale. This certainly wasn’t the case this time. I felt like my satisfaction was important to her. I can definitely see why many of Ruby’s customers turn into repeat customers, and I’m sure that I will be added to that list. I would definitely recommend Mini of Ramsey, and specifically Ruby, to friends, family, or anyone for that matter. This experience set a new standard for me, and I can only hope others get a chance to receive the same personalized, enjoyable experience that I did.
