  Car was taken in service on Thursday 7am. While grateful for the loaner, it nauseatingly smelled of smoke. Not fun especially with 2 little kids. When asked for an update, they said it would have to stay overnight. Fine. The next day, no response. I used their text messaging system for an update. Hours later after not hearing from her, I asked again. She said it’s with the technician and has to stay overnight. No update. Fine. Saturday rolled around, again no word from the service rep. I text again. No update response at all. FinallyMinday morning rolled around. 5 days later and no explanation as to what the issue was. Keep in mind this is a 2017 BMW with 8000 miles on it. When I finally picked it up, no explanation from anyone. I read on the paper that a fuse was replaced. 5 days for a fuse, chasing the reps for an update and no explanation? I used to love this place. Now it’s been 2 service calls in a row with poor service, including 2:45 minute oil change, including the same rep telling me it’s almost done, 1:15 into it. Gonna try Park Ave next time. This isn’t the Prestige of old.

  I absolutely love BMW. I don’t think I’d ever get another car. One of the reasons is because of the service department... from the moment I drive to the time I leave, everyone treats me wonderfully. They are quick and extremely helpful! I’ve never had a problem after my car is serviced. The team is amazing!! I can’t say enough.

  We put a vehicle on hold and when we came in to look at the vehicle, they had it already detailed amd ready for us. They were extremely receptive to having their service department look at anything we questioned about the car. There was never any pressure and I didn’t feel like they played any sales games. They were extremely professional and it was a really great experience! We live 2 hours away and I would definitely return to buy our next car!

  his was one of the easiest car buying experience I had. Mark, the salesman I worked with was recommended by a good friend of mine. He was very easy to deal with. So far so good, but the bad sides of the dealership comes to play only after the first service appointment. My experience with Palisades Volkswagen in Nayack made me wish I had an opportunity to go back and change my review. I hope this will not be a similar experience.

  This place is absolutely amazing. BMW of Ramsey is the only place that I will take my car in for service (sales is a different story). Diana is an impeccable service advisor with an amazing knowledge of BMW cars, and her personality is something that I look forward to every time I go for service. When I took my car in for an oil change, she was able to notice some suspension damage resulting from a previous accident. In the matter of 20 minutes, she contacted the liable party's insurance company, and had me out the door in a beautiful loaner car. A few days later, my car was returned to me, thoroughly cleaned inside and out, and it now drives flawlessly. A BMW is certainly a pricey investment, however this level of service and professionality is what makes it entirely worth it.
