Great food and beer. Plenty of seating and fun events such as Karaoke and Trivia. Also, beautiful decor.

I went there on mothers day thinking my wife and I were going to have a good experience, not so much regarding there bacon stuffed burgers. I ordered mine medium and she ordered hers medium well, the lighting in the place was dim so it was hard to see that both of our burgers were raw. I ended up eating about a two thirds of mine and my wife had half. They were nasty. The waitress took my wife's burger back to the cook to show the cooks the raw burger. The whole situation was civil and no harsh words were said. I was only disappointed that Milwaukee ale house did not go above and beyond to rectify the situation. For trying a new restaurant. I was not impressed, no rectification, didn't even see a manager, not really even an apology or anything.

Have been here many times and it's pretty consistent. Also, one of the original craft beer houses in Milwaukee. Their beer is consistently good. Menu could use an overhaul, or maybe I am just a little tired of "burger/bar food".

Excellent beer, food, and riverside dining make the Ale House a reliably great choice. Their menu items are often made with Milwaukee Brewing Company beer. The pulled pork sandwich is my personal favorite; maybe the best pulled pork sandwich Iโ€™ve ever had. The service is good, and the space is open and pleasant with a great patio overlooking the river. Trivia on Wednesdays is a fun option. You really canโ€™t go wrong with the Ale House, especially when there are numerous fantastic Milwaukee beers youโ€™ll only find on tap there.

I go here for a lot of happy hour drinks. The happy hour deals are amazing and the food is your typical pretty good bar food. I recommend going here after work or to watch a packer game.
