  I finally got tired of dealing with these people. I purchased an SUV in February. When it was bought the dealer said that the lot had the timing system replaced on the SUV. I purchased an extended warranty the day I bought the SUV. The dealership held my warranty paperwork for 8 days before mailing it in to the company. 7 days after the SUV was purchased the new timing system broke bending every piston in the motor, this required a new motor to be put in. I contacted the warranty place because this should have been covered. Of course they hadn't gotten the paperwork. I contacted the dealership and have been given a run around for a solid month. First saying they would cover the entire repair, then half of the entire repair, then half of the labor and now they aren't making contact. I will never use this company again.

  Listen everyone i live in the lake st louis area and have been lied to many times on car buys and Joe is the man to see if you want an honest real buying experiance. The crew for the place are so caring about everyone all the way down to the great porter they have on staff he is a good guy , what i thought may have been the owner was such an amazing guy.....listen everyone i bought a car from them and when im ready to buy i will be back....thanks to the whole staff........tell em Felix sent ya

  I just had the BEST experience buying a car!!! Al and Joe are so HONEST and helpful. No HIGH PRESSURE sales at all!!! Thank you guys!! I will return the next time I need a car or someone I know needs a car. Only the best and great prices too!!
