  Just spoke with Joe regarding some towing capacity/safety/spec questions on my Ford Truck that I was having a hard time getting an answer to,...that I trusted. WOW!   Most of the parts guys are rude & obviously bothered by having to answer the phone. I deal with dozens of vendors each month and this is one of the worst. I avoid them if possible. They apparently don't know, or don't care, that customers buying things becomes money in their paychecks. You'd think they'd at least make the customer feel somewhat valued and appreciated.

  I had a really good experience at this dealership. I got a nice truck, at a great price. They have those hard to find classic cabs. I found that they were helpful helping me find a good quality vendor for my service body.
