  Why good reviews? I shopped for a Diamond Engagement ring and wedding band - two sales people in the store, neither knew what a class two diamond was. I asked to view their lose stone collection" they had none". If your looking for more than costume jewelry or low grade / low value diamonds look elsewhere.

  I recently had lost a beautiful pair of diamond stud earrings. Michael Mathews Jewelers helped me step by step in the replacement process. They were really helpful and courteous. They are also GIA certified so you can be confident in what you are getting. Overall it was a great experience!!

  Gary at Michael Matthews is simply the best !! My fiancee and i were shopping around for Wedding rings. Gary made us feel right at home. "NO SALEMAN" pressure or rushing the customer. His attention to detail, knowledge about the jewelry business and high customer service in addition to his HUMOR made the whole Wedding ring experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend Michael Matthews Jewelers !!!!

  Upon a recommendation from a friend who had a great experience in the past, I went to Michael Matthews Jewelers when a diamond fell out of my engagement ring. After they closely inspected the ring, it became clear that it needed to be completely reset, which did not surprise me. I decided to upgrade and have it reset in platinum as opposed to the original white gold, and Michael Matthews Jewelers was able to do this at a fair price. I am very happy with the final product - the ring looks exactly the same despite being entirely remade and I would recommend Michael Matthews, especially if you are in need of a customized piece. I worked with Gary throughout the process and he was great - very communicative and willing to accommodate the paperwork requirements of my insurance company.
