::Why good reviews? I shopped for a Diamond Engagement ring and wedding band - two sales people in the store, neither knew what a class two diamond was. I asked to view their lose stone collection" they had none". If your looking for more than costume jewelry or low grade / low value diamonds look elsewhere.

::Upon a recommendation from a friend who had a great experience in the past, I went to Michael Matthews Jewelers when a diamond fell out of my engagement ring. After they closely inspected the ring, it became clear that it needed to be completely reset, which did not surprise me. I decided to upgrade and have it reset in platinum as opposed to the original white gold, and Michael Matthews Jewelers was able to do this at a fair price. I am very happy with the final product - the ring looks exactly the same despite being entirely remade and I would recommend Michael Matthews, especially if you are in need of a customized piece. I worked with Gary throughout the process and he was great - very communicative and willing to accommodate the paperwork requirements of my insurance company.
