  If I could give this rip off place a minus I would. To be fair it is a franchise Metro PCS. The manager flat out lied about the price of 3 phone cases. When I exchanged one of 3 phones I bought she didn't refund the full balance. A lot of flim flame came out of her mouth. To top it off she refused to give me a proper receipt showing what I spent on each item. I looked up the business license to find it is revoked or delinquent. Stay away from this store.

  The rep was not motivated at all. Just sold us the phone, bagged it, and adios.. Didn't offer accessories (not that I would've bought any anyway), didn't explain the new terms or anything. Literally were in there for about 10 minutes.
