  Great staff, they keep a positive attitude even when customers are screaming (was there to hear it for myself once) for things out of their control. After they are done being yelled at they assist you with a smile and positive attitude. They always make you feel welcomed.

  Service was horrible with my particular phone. In store staff couldn't answer billing questions. They had to do an online chat then actually call someone. They charge you for any little change to your account. Even when it's their fault.
