  We really liked dealing with Scott at Metro Motorspots on 4/06/2014...had a nice personality and he proved to be really trustworthy. We dropped in to inspect their advertised 2500 cargo van conversion and found it to be as advertised. Metro Mortorsports gets an A+ here just for not misrepresenting. Other car dealers we looked at on the same day used ads that over represented the vehicle or the car was not on the lot at the time of our visits. The real surprise is that M-Motorsports didn't try to pressure us. They really just serve you....we felt comfortable asking questions and even leaving the lot and returning a couple hrs later to make a deal and perhaps secure financing. It all worked out well. The deal went down just as represented. No tricky stuff, just about 45 min. of paperwork and we were driving off in great running, good looking 2500 van conversion for a great price... and I might add, a fantastically low interest rate. Scott was really pleasant to deal with, though I must say; 1st impressions would have been better had he not looked a bit grubby at the outset.

  i bought a car from metro motorsports a year and four moths ago along with it i bought an extended warranty. I recently bought a brand new jeep from the jeep dealership and traded in my 03 jeep liberty. After take a huge loss on the car that i bought from metro motorsports when i traded it in, ibrushed it off like it was no big deal that i was pay 33% percent intrest on my car. i figured it was cause i had horrible credit. Turns out it couldnt of been that bad because i was financed at 13% only a year and a half later. so after i sold the car i went to cancel my warranty i bought from metro motor sports and filled out all the paper work to get my money back. they said it could take a couple of months, and i was fine with that. 45 days went by and no call from them, i called and talked to s sales manager and they said they would look in to it and call me back. days went by with no call so i called back this time i talked to a salesmen he assured me he would leave a message with the manager and i would be called back. Guess what?..... no call back. at this time i took matters in to my own hands and call AUL the place i got the warranty threw. they said they had sent dealership a check 2 weeks prior. so i called the dealership the following day and talked to the sales manager and he said he would look into it and call me back. i never heard back from him. i did receive a call for a lady that worked there that was very rude, when i asked how much the check was she was gonna be sending me she told me 192$ and the reason they hadnt sent it out yet was because they were not sure they had the right address.( i just filled out a form to cancel my warranty and left it with the dealership). when i asked her how she came up with that number she told me i was getting 31% of 599$ (i paid 1599$ for my warranty) and when i told her that she said the rest was profit that the salesman made when i told her i paid 1599$ for it she became unreasonable and would not listen to a word i had to say and hung up on me. so back to talking to AUL, they informed me that they sent 192$ to the dealer and they were to send me there portion og what they owed me. (this was never told to me by the dealer). so AUL wrote me a check for the remainder of the money and billed metro motorsports... This dealership lied and tryed to steal form me. To bad im to smart to be taken advantange of. this is why i will never buy a car from them EVER again! i just feel bad cause AUL is a great company and i had to waste so much of there time.

  Horrible, found a car and the guy said its under 100,000, test drove it 104,900. I liked it anyway and got approved for everything he made me sign all my papers and wasted an hour of my time because he ended up asking for an extra 1000$ down AFTER we signed and insured everything. Then had the nerve to ask if i could just borrow it from my mom. Of course I walked out with my time wasted. NEVER go here. Terrible people. Plenty of good car places on mcloughlin, this one the worst. Dont waste your time like i did mine.
