  First of all if I could give 10 stars I would. Best place to host any event hands down. This review is long overdue. I’ve been a guest here a few times and knew I was having my Baby Shower here. Customer service is great, I had all my calls, texts and emails returned as stated they would be. Mel is so helpful, sweet and most importantly professional. From the moment you walk in you smell how clean it is, unlike many other venues in NY. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Love the lighting. My only regret is not getting one of the packages they offer which includes everything. When I looked over what I spent it was more than their packages cost. I thought I was saving doing it with my family. Mel does beautiful decorations, next time I’m getting the full package. THANK YOU!!

  Place very clean and modern. Good for small parties, street parking only.

  One of the best places to hold any type of event in the Bronx...very classy n very beautiful....they had changing l.e.d lights in which u can set the color of lights that you wish, etc ..marble bar table n kitchen is beautiful...also has wheelchair access which is a plus especially for strollers n wheel chairs...n I love that it is private partying...Melissa the owner is very professional n polite....n so are her staff! Just make sure your guests are respectful n does not break anything or else u will lose your deposit lol ( thank God I didn't have s problem)Everything is business n very respectable & professional ...i forgot to mention that Melissa is also a party planner..she us very creative..n full of ideas...this hall n owner are just a God send...you will never have a headache or stress or worry ...Mels fab events will take away that stress for you! Thanks so much everything..as I will definitely will be returning back!

  Haven't had my event here yet, but looked around and the staff was very pleasant. I think I will do my Birthday and My daughters sweet 16 here. The place looks nice and spacious inside. Love the atmosphere...

  We had the pleasure of having our event here and all I can say are great things about this place. Excellent customer service from the owner Mel and every staff member! We viewed many other Halls in the BX and this was the only one to offer everything and I mean everything and the place looks fabulous as well. I can't wait to have another event here! Thanks so much Mel my family and friends will definitely be contacting you for all of their events!!!!
